Zigveda Affiliate Programme Agreement (Draft for company review)

1. Participation. By joining, you agree to promote Zigveda responsibly and follow this agreement and applicable law. Participation does not guarantee any minimum earnings.

2. Referral attribution. A qualifying purchase is attributed using the most recent valid Zigveda affiliate referral link recorded for that customer. Attribution does not expire while the referral cookie remains available. Zigveda cannot guarantee attribution if cookies are blocked, deleted, or a different device or browser is used.

3. Commission. The commission rate and calculation method are set by Zigveda in the affiliate programme settings and may be updated prospectively. Percentage commissions are calculated on the eligible product subtotal after coupon discounts; fixed commissions cannot exceed that eligible subtotal. Online commissions are recorded after payment is captured. Cash-on-delivery commissions are recorded after the order is marked complete. Commissions for an affiliate's own purchases are not eligible; Zigveda may use matching mobile numbers or email addresses to identify self-referrals.

4. Cancellations and refunds. Commissions for cancelled or refunded orders are reversed. Zigveda may withhold or reverse commissions associated with invalid, fraudulent, returned, or otherwise ineligible orders.

5. Payout details. You must keep accurate bank-account or UPI payout details in your partner dashboard. Zigveda may delay a transfer while payout details are missing, inaccurate, or require verification. Marking a commission as paid records an administrative payout status; the actual transfer must be completed separately.

6. Promotion. You must not send unsolicited spam, misrepresent Zigveda products, make unsupported health or medical claims, impersonate Zigveda, or use deceptive referral practices. You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and tax requirements.

7. Account and changes. Keep your account and payout details secure and accurate. Zigveda may pause or end participation, or withhold disputed commissions, where there is suspected abuse or a breach of these terms. Continued participation after updated terms are presented requires your acceptance of the updated agreement.

8. Privacy. You authorize Zigveda to use the contact and payout details you provide to administer the programme, attribute referrals, calculate commissions, and process or reconcile payouts, subject to Zigveda's applicable privacy notice.
