A return may be requested only for a product that is eligible under the Returns & Refunds Policy and any product-specific restriction shown on its product page. Once a return is approved, we will arrange and pay for a logistics-partner pickup where available. If pickup is unavailable in your area, you must ship the approved return to us; after the eligible product is received and reviewed, we will issue a non-cash credit-note coupon for documented return shipping costs up to ₹90 for use on a future Zigveda order. If you are unavailable for the logistics partner’s notified pickup attempts, you must arrange and pay the courier cost to send the product to us. These arrangements do not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order, and take reasonable steps to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by law. Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or disruptive activity, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or submit content that infringes another person’s rights.
