Return & Refund

1. Returns

Products are non-returnable once their original product packaging has been opened. An unopened product may be considered for a return or exchange after review by our customer care team and subject to applicable law. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it through Returns & Refunds in your account and upload clear photos and a video of the product and packaging. This policy does not limit rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

2. Return Process

To request a return, refund, or exchange review, sign in and use the Returns & Refunds section in your account. Select the order and item(s), describe the reason, and upload at least one clear photo and one video of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and contact you using the details on your order. Please wait for our team to provide instructions before shipping anything back.

If your return is approved and your address is serviceable for reverse pickup, we will arrange and pay for collection through our logistics partner. Keep the approved product securely packed and available at the agreed address for the pickup attempts notified by the partner. If you are unavailable and those attempts do not complete the pickup, you must arrange and pay the courier cost to send the approved product to the return address provided by our team.

If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your address, you must arrange and pay to ship the approved product to the return address provided by our team. Send us the courier receipt and tracking details through your support ticket. Once we receive and review the eligible product, we will issue a non-cash credit-note coupon for the documented return shipping cost, up to ₹90, for a future Zigveda order. You are responsible for any return shipping cost above ₹90. The coupon is not a cash refund and is subject to its stated redemption terms. This shipping support applies only to products eligible for return under this policy; it does not change the eligibility requirements below or limit rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

3. Refunds

If a refund is approved after review, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Our team will share the applicable processing details. Shipping charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

4. Exchanges

An exchange may be considered for an unopened product after review by our customer care team and subject to applicable law. Opened products are non-returnable and are not eligible for exchange under this policy. Submit your request through the Returns & Refunds section in your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, report it as soon as possible through Returns & Refunds in your account. Select the affected item(s) and include at least one clear photo and one video showing the product and its packaging so our team can review the issue and advise you on next steps.

6. Return Exceptions

Products are non-returnable once their original packaging has been opened. Additional products may be excluded from return or exchange for hygiene or product-specific reasons; any such restriction will be shown on the product page. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.

7. Return Address

Please do not send a product to an address before our team has reviewed your ticket and provided return instructions. If a return is approved, we will confirm the applicable return address and process.

8. Policy Updates

You may submit a return or refund query through our Create a Ticket page or email care@zigveda.com 24/7. Our staff review and reply during operational hours, Monday to Thursday and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays.
